Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your production time, and must be paid before work can begin.  We operate on a "First Come-First served" basis, and can not guarantee production time will be reserved if deposit is delayed.  Progress payments for larger jobs will be discussed and agreed upon.  Receipt of deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Change orders will be discussed and approved by customer.  Additional costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Final payment to be made no later than 14 Calendar days after completion of permanent installation

Final payment to be paid upon completion of removable or furniture work.

Late payments will be charged 19% interest per year, compounded daily at the discretion of HighClass Custom Cabinets Inc. 

 

Bounced payments will be charged a $200 NSF fee. 

 

Failure to pay within 30 days of due date will result in legal action against you and/or your company including, but not limited to liens on property, and public notice of claim which can affect your credit rating.

WARRANTY: All services are guaranteed for 1 year after completion.  Repairs will be completed in a timely manner with no cost to the customer if within this time frame.  This Warranty does not include wear caused by regular use, or damages arising from misuse/abuse.  Service requests outside of warranty period will be charged standard service call rates, plus cost of materials for repairs.  All Warranties void upon breach of contract.
